About Me
Hello! My name is Elijah Kennedy
I am a motivated Industrial Engineer with a focus on supply chain looking to make an impact.
My name is Elijah Kennedy, a Supply Chain focused Industrial Engineer looking to make an impact on the local Indianapolis community. Volunteering has always been an important part of my life and giving back is a core value. As I grow as a professional and develop my individual skills I want to use them to help others. My mission is to leverage my skills in analytics and learn to improve the operations of small businesses and nonprofit organizations.
I look forward to meeting and working with you!
Background
I am a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). At WPI I earned my BS in Industrial Engineering and MS in Operations and Supply Chain Analytics. I now work as an operational excellence lead for CVS health where I drive safety and quality using data analytics, continuous improvement, and lean principles.
During my time at WPI I was able to participate in multiple consulting style projects with nonprofits and small businesses. These projects showed me how industrial engineering and lean principles can be used to make an impact on organizations through collaboration and training.
Passions
Outside of my professional life I am passionate about the sport of triathlon and I am currently training to complete my first half Ironman ©. I also enjoy hiking, reading, spending time with my friends and family, watching college and professional sports, and traveling.
